  • Bring actual CASH for negotiation and purchase, as well as for a deposit if required. NOT Zelle etc, much easier to negotiate with cash.
  • After successful negotiation, purchase the vehicle.

    Thorough Inspection & Deposit
    • Bring a bill of sale for the transaction.
    • Pay a deposit to secure the vehicle.
    • Schedule an appointment with a local mechanic for a thorough inspection.
    • Finalize the purchase once the inspection is satisfactory.
    STEP 4
    Legal & Organizational Setup
    • Consider opening an LLC for the vehicle to handle legal and financial matters.
    • If applicable, explore setting up a 501(c)(3) organization for tax-exempt status.
    • Consult legal and financial experts to ensure proper setup.
    STEP 5
    Vehicle Registration & Insurance
    • Register the vehicle with the appropriate local government agency.
    • Obtain insurance coverage for the vehicle, considering liability and potential uses.
    STEP 6
    Design & Wrap
    • Research and find a suitable designer for the Mitzvah Tank’s exterior design. (We have an expert we can help).
